Academy and class overview

An Apgujeong academy connecting G6–G12 international-school coursework with Digital SAT, AP and IB through small groups and individual lessons.

Education-office registration

Academy history and brand background

The official site presents a Scaffolding Group approach with staged elementary, middle/high-school and international-school curricula.

Distinguish the brand’s beginnings, company establishment, Korean academy registration and individual campus opening dates. Consider current lesson samples alongside operating history when assessing teaching fit.

Director, leadership and faculty

Checking subject-specific faculty

Its high-school offering spans English, Math, Science, Social Studies and AP/IB subjects. Dedicated SAT teacher names could not be consistently established from current public text; confirm the actual Reading & Writing/Math instructors for the chosen class.

The company representative, academy director and actual class teacher may hold different roles. When discussing education or research-program experience, request the institution, role, participation year and supporting material, and confirm who will teach the enrolled class.

SAT learning approach

The official High School page describes G9–G12 Digital SAT in individual or three-to-five-student groups, with small vacation intensives and online/in-person lessons. Separate high-school Digital SAT summer intensives also appear in 2026 notices.

Three things to look for in a sample lesson

• Reading & Writing: Does the teacher explain direct answer evidence and errors of scope, causation or logic in the distractors?
• Math: Are the meaning of equations, domains, units and conditions checked, with alternative solutions compared?
• Assessment: Are official Bluebook practice and internally written questions distinguished, with reassessment of specific weaknesses?

AP subjects and school coursework

Public materials mention AP programs or subjects. Actual 2027 subjects, assigned teachers, group/one-to-one formats and preparation for fully digital or hybrid Bluebook exams have not all been confirmed; check the institution's latest timetable and syllabus before enrollment.

Subject names reflect the scope listed in existing materials. Confirm actual 2027 openings, instructors and class limits.

AP/IB Math, Science, Social Studies, World Languages, Computer Science and middle-school GPA/English.

Considering IB or GPA support

Bring the exact subject, level, exam year and school syllabus to an IB/GPA consultation. Broad program descriptions do not confirm that a specific subject is currently available.

• IB: Check experience with the relevant HL/SL, AA/AI, school assignments and assessment format.
• GPA: Check how school textbooks, rubrics and exam dates connect with the academy’s progress.
• Assignments: Agree on support that helps students produce their own work and explain their own analysis.

Questions before enrollment

Confirm actual group sizes for Reading & Writing and Math, total hours over the course period, tuition, 2027 teachers and mock-test arrangements.

Do not assume that consultation terms apply to another class or campus with the same academy name. Compare the teacher, location and total teaching hours recorded in the actual timetable and contract.
