Hana Edu Dogok

Academy and class overview

An academy publicly described as offering SAT, AP, TOEFL, middle-school English, Reading and Essay in Dogok-dong. Earlier SAT Summer Program records use the Hana Language Academy name; relocation to Dogok-dong and summer schedules were announced in 2026.

The details below summarize public and supplied materials. Confirm current operation, address, teachers and available classes directly with the institution.

Education-office registration

Academy history and brand background

Public records document a SAT Summer Program under the former Apgujeong Hana Language Academy name and a June 2026 move to Dogok-dong. A separate remote academy now uses the same name, so use Dogok branch details to distinguish the businesses.

Distinguish the brand’s beginnings, company establishment, Korean academy registration and individual campus opening dates. Consider current lesson samples alongside operating history when assessing teaching fit.

Director, leadership and faculty

Checking subject-specific faculty

Public platform tags mention close one-to-one support, director-led teaching and small 1:6 classes. Dedicated 2027 SAT teacher names require confirmation.

The company representative, academy director and actual class teacher may hold different roles. When discussing education or research-program experience, request the institution, role, participation year and supporting material, and confirm who will teach the enrolled class.

SAT learning approach

Earlier public SAT Summer Program schedules included weekday SAT Prep and separate SAT Math hours. SAT/AP/TOEFL tags remained after the 2026 Dogok relocation; check current notices for the 2027 Digital SAT timetable and Bluebook/adaptive mock testing.

Three things to look for in a sample lesson

• Reading & Writing: Does the teacher explain direct answer evidence and errors of scope, causation or logic in the distractors?
• Math: Are the meaning of equations, domains, units and conditions checked, with alternative solutions compared?
• Assessment: Are official Bluebook practice and internally written questions distinguished, with reassessment of specific weaknesses?

AP subjects and school coursework

Public materials mention AP programs or subjects. Actual 2027 subjects, assigned teachers, group/one-to-one formats and preparation for fully digital or hybrid Bluebook exams have not all been confirmed; check the institution's latest timetable and syllabus before enrollment.

Subject names reflect the scope listed in existing materials. Confirm actual 2027 openings, instructors and class limits.

AP, TOEFL, Reading, Essay and middle-school English.

Considering IB or GPA support

Bring the exact subject, level, exam year and school syllabus to an IB/GPA consultation. Broad program descriptions do not confirm that a specific subject is currently available.

• IB: Check experience with the relevant HL/SL, AA/AI, school assignments and assessment format.
• GPA: Check how school textbooks, rubrics and exam dates connect with the academy’s progress.
• Assignments: Agree on support that helps students produce their own work and explain their own analysis.

Questions before enrollment

Confirm actual 2027 SAT classes after the Dogok move, Reading & Writing/Math instructors, class capacity, Bluebook mock testing, registration number and published tuition.

Do not assume that consultation terms apply to another class or campus with the same academy name. Compare the teacher, location and total teaching hours recorded in the actual timetable and contract.
