관할 교육지원청 학원 등록(교습과정)이 확인된 곳을 우선 추천합니다. 지역·과정·형태로 필터링하고, 관심 학원은 비교 트레이로 한 번에 대조하세요.

선별 원칙(1차): 정식 홈페이지가 없는 곳은 학원 목록에서 제외했습니다. 또한 카카오채널 혹은 네이버블로그로만 운영되는 곳도 일단 제외했습니다. 소개되지 않은 학원 중 어학원(국제화계열)로 교육지원청 정식 인가를 받은 곳은 알려주시면 다시 추가하겠습니다.

1) 학원·교습소 구분과 교습과정

학원: 교육지원청 등록 대상. 교습과정(법정 분류)을 등록해 그 범위만 영리로 운영.
교습소: 교육지원청 신고 대상. 신고한 교습과정 범위 내 운영.
국제화–외국어 교습과정은 SAT/ACT/TOEFL 등 외국어 성격 시험 대비 포함. AP 운영 시 보통교과/입시·검정 등 해당 분류 추가 등록 필요.

2) 위반 시 주요 제재

무신고·허위신고·신고·등록사항과 다른 교습과정 운영: 교습정지/폐지명령 등 행정처분 및 형사처벌(최대 1년 이하 징역 또는 1천만원 이하 벌금) 가능.

1) Academy vs. Private Tutor Rooms & Course Scope

Academies must be registered with the local Education Support Office and may teach only the approved course categories.
Tutor rooms are notified facilities and must stick to their filed course categories.
“Internationalization–Foreign Language” typically covers SAT/ACT/TOEFL. If an academy teaches AP subjects, the relevant general-curriculum categories should be added to its permit.

2) Penalties for Violations

Operating without registration/notification or teaching outside the approved scope can lead to suspension/closure orders and criminal penalties.
